July 28	official in person press conference at studio ( by invitation..to honorees/scholars/top sponsors/media partners)
July 30	Final videos and information submission deadline for Virtual prerecorded parade
August 6	Gala program
	VIP greeting: 7-8pm ( media, honorees, scholars and top sponsors) Welcome: 8-10p open bar dinner and dancing Program: 10p-12a: Presentation of awards and certificates to honorees and scholars
August 8	6th avenue presentation
	9am: floats,cultural groups, participants “by invitation only” line up on side streets 11am: Honorees and scholars arrive at designated staging area or are directed to media partner interviews on site 12p-1p virtual parade will play on all SM channels/ media channels streaming 1p-130p ribbon cutting with media partners/ top sponsors/honorees/selected scholars/elected official by invitation only 1:30p-3:30p presentation ( limited capacity and it’s by invitation only)

Scholarships Deadline: March 30, 2021

The National Dominican Day Parade, Inc.(NatDDP) announced
the scholarship application deadline. Application acceptance for the 2020/2021 National
Scholarship Program will end on MARCH 30, 2021, 11:59 EST. Scholarship awards will be
provided to outstanding students of Dominican descent. Interested students to receive
NatDDP scholarship awards must meet a series of criteria based on academic
achievement and financial need. The scholarship will assist students of Dominican ancestry
obtaining a college degree and/or pursuing technical skills, graduate and or professional
educational endeavors.
